On the weekend we had a break in the torrential rain storms of late, and while cold, we had a great group join up for some Cumberland Trail fun.
Recent news told us that Shaker, Entrails and some other Lower Cumberland mountain bike trails were soon to see logging activity so it was a last chance to ride before the big changes would come. Read the rest of this entry »

Had a fun fall ride last night on Gecko, Green Dome, Cabin Fever, Transmission, Catnip. Great trails and getting better all the time. Transmission has had some serious loving lately with moved stumps, cut out logs and rock work. A nice revival for an old classic Forbidden Trail.
Along the way I took a quick vid of Teresa with my iPod Nano. It really is that dark in there!
